Growing up in a society that offered little or no opportunities for aspiring actors and models, Malaika Njinjoh had no idea that her height, coupled with stunning looks and eloquence, would pave her destiny for glory. One of her main challenges was making the decision to include showbiz in her radar in a society that demanded more practical careers. On January 10 2003 she landed in the U.S.A. In no time, the six-foot beauty had signed a contract with J. Ballard Modeling Agency. Miss. Malaika’s charm and skills earned her the title of Miss Cameroon International on a silver platter in 2004. In 2006 she auditioned against seasoned actresses for the lead role in the thrilling drama “Through the Fire.” In spite of the stiff competition, she landed the role and her acting career was launched. With her impeccable physique, and electrifying presence, this sophisticated, talented and ambitious young lady plans on conquering the fashion and movie industries and achieving iconic status around the world. Malaika has an impeccable sultry style with a kind, vulnerable, submissive yet no-nonsense attitude that together will make her an international celebrity and fashion authority.
